May 6, 20215 yr Hello forum, A new glitch has appeared overnight. Selecting 'Change Vehicle' in the P3D startup screen causes the scenario to load as if I clicked 'OK' to load a flight. Once the default scenario loads, the start up menu is still visible and I can still access the Change Vehicle or Change Airport menus. I have not made any changes or installations, no updates or tampering with files. This was out of the blue. I am running P3D V5.1 (with the latest updates). Troubleshooting Attempts: Deleting all P3D generated files and folders. Closing any other applications running (Steam, Logitech Gaming software, Chrome). Restarting my PC multiple times. Uninstalling and reinstalling the Client-only portion of P3D. P3D is launched as Administrator. Launching P3D with (Saitek) yoke, rudder pedals, and throttle quadrant unplugged. Any idea? May 7, 20215 yr Have you tried changing mice? Looks like the left mouse button is somehow stuck and registers a double click when you only meant to click once. Running FS9 there .VKB Gladiator NXT Premium Left + GNX THQ as primary controllers. Xbox Series X|S wireless controller as standby/mobile.
May 10, 20215 yr Author I do not have an alternate mouse to test this with, but I attempted something similar by using TAB to switch between the menu options on the startup screen. Using TAB and ENTER to select Change Vehicle, the same issue happens where the scenario loads and the main menu is still visible on top.

Hi Had the same issue around three weeks ago, searched for solutions online but no joy. Not sure how I first came across the issue but I was tinkering with a lot of the payware addons. Only a full uninstall/reinstall resolved the issue for me. There was a recent windows update recently that was reported to have caused some issues with games. Microsoft appears to have also patched that : https://www.pcgamesn.com/windows-10-game-performance-hit Hope this helps
May 14, 20215 yr Author Problem solved I guess. I re-installed my GeForce Drivers and my Logitech Gaming Software had a massive update and all is better now. Everything works as before... not sure what I did specifically but I won't argue. ... this is why I do not understand computers. Thank you again for the help.
