Had  to  download  reinstall  again  with  the latest  version  came   with nav  version  1801,  used  nav  data  manger   to upgrade  all my addons  to  the  latest version, but pilot2atc  still  remains 1801  in the  gui ,  but  in  the  cycle  info  in  the  nav  data  folder  its  saying  2501, was  wondering  how  to  update   or  is  it  some  kind  of  bug?

The data manager must have installed to the wrong folder.  You need to point the Navigraph Data Manager to the main P2A installation folder.  It should then install the new data into the Data subfolder of P2A.

For a typical installation on the 😄 drive, the data will be in folder: C:\Pilot2ATC_2020_x64\Data.
