Can't start MSFS, Gaming Services

Featured Replies

Often when I try to open MSFS via desktop shortcut or directly via xbox game pass, gaming services open. I click on "install on my devices" and windows pops up, however "install now" is greyed out. I cant install anything.

I have tried all off these https://www.guidingtech.com/fix-microsoft-store-click-get-install-nothing-happens-issue/

but nothing has worked. Why is such a simple task like installing something that has been developed by MICROSOFT for a MICROSOFT platform so difficult?

No one here experienced that error with game pass/ ms store? I stiill can not start this thing.I cannot even deinstall the microsoft store :S

I recently had a big problem with getting MFS to start and tried many different fixes that were unsuccessful until I went to the Zendesk sight at the top of the page  and found the reset MS Store account fix that cleared my problem up. Follow the directions in the file. Very easy to do.  Pull up the run box and type Reset MS Store.exe. Better to check for ,the exact wording on the Zendesk site. Skip

Fly safe captain!

The whole install and uninstall routine for this product is an abomination. Anyone and everyone associated with developing this portion of this sim should be fired. Immediately. It is my only gripe with this product.
