Importance of tree coverage

Featured Replies

With the 4th of July deals (on the .org) I found France VFR - TREE Factory XP. (Unfortunately the deals are over).

I can’t describe how this changed the look of the sim for low and slow fliers like me. Almost every bush, tree and hedge is in place. The effect in combination with orthodox, even low resolution, is stunning.

I already have xEurope installed but the coverage off this package is much more dense and adds a lot to the immersion.

I think it is a must have if you fly often in one of the 5 regions in France.

And LR should really also focus on this aspect of the world , well placed trees break repetition and the barren look of the landscape we fly over. Would OSD be able to provide the needed resolution for tree placement?

I agree and also hope Laminar focuses on having more accurate coverage and better looking trees!

Global trees addon is well done.
