July 15, 20214 yr Hi all, When purchasing my second copy of MSFS for my Left View client ( server has P de L ) accidentally I purchased the Standard version. As I want Amsterdam, Madrid, Frankfurt, Paris, London and Innsbruck too I immediately looked for the Upgrade version to Premium de Luxe. However, in my Microsoft Store there is no Upgrade. So I tried to buy the Upgrade from inside MSFS. Only when clicking Buy & Install I am getting a warning note saying that buying the purchase failed. As I am using WidevieW I need 2 exact the same copies installed. Contact customer support. You should be able to upgrade from within the in game marketplace. If you can't upgrade from inside the in game marketplace, customer support can probably help you. i5-12400, RTX 3060 Ti, 32 GB RAM

The way they work is a refund and then the client can buy the correct version. But I bought it Tuesday , installed it yesterday and started it up today. And when applying for a refund that needs to be done within 24h. The support employee still told me to use the “within 24h “ refund form. I just tried copying Schiphol from the server to the client but it does not show up. July 15, 20214 yr Hopefully you get it sorted, would be interested to understand how you use 2 copies to create a synced multi screen experience. Years ago I did a similar thing with Forza on XBox for triple screen, (3 networked xboxes and 3 copies). I'm new to flight simming and enjoying the slower pace. Space permitting I could perhaps see a new immersive multiscreen cockpit build 🙂

July 16, 20214 yr Author Good news ! The MS Store has agreed to a Refund. So I will uninstall the Standard version and buy the Premium de Luxe version. One question : My Left View pc has a Local account with the same name as my servers MS account. That was done to synchronize all P3D Addons correctly. MSFS was working correctly on the Local account as it automatically added my second MS account + XBox Live account to MSFS Standard. Is it really needed to login with my second MS account instead of the Local account when booting into Windows ? Trial run stream - quality and aound not great- sound improves later and they start to discuss the sim
