Did you take the mouse out of Lock into legacy in the accessibility options?

Mouse defaults to customised on first load after update  but doesn’t keep button allocations. Set mouse to default in control settings. Re-configure from there.  Fixed for me without touching modern/legacy mode.

Go to ""General options" then accessibility"

Than cockpit Interactive System,

Change it to "Legacy".  From Lock.
