July 30, 20214 yr I am seeing two different scenarios as far as color saturation and washed out textures. My cockpit lighting and color are what I would call acceptable, but when I switch to exterior camera, there comes the too bright and washed out colors. It is as if the cockpit glass was tinted, but when on the exterior view I am at the mercy of the sun and reflections. Any body have any remedies or what might be the cause, all brought on by the #5 update. The hot fix did not address this problem. Also, I was following the other thread on washed out colors and tried to change the user settings to no avail, both on this update and previous updates when this problem happened before. Thanks, Skip
July 30, 20214 yr you need to change the usercfg.opt file. set both eyeadaption and colorgrading to zero. do make a copysave first. good luck

Thanks, Skip Well, the cockpit glass IS tinted normally, so there's that. For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.
