Sorry if this isn’t an appropriate post but I am hoping someone from the MSFS Development team will read this.

Since I and other people are having problems with the program not working or opening up after the SU5 update, a popup or some type of message should inform users that if their program doesn’t open the problem could be a bad modification in the Community folder.  Also what to do about it.

Not everyone is aware of or looks at this and similar forums.  Especially newbie users.  I bet there are a lot of frustrated people out there that are completely in the dark about this.

I am very frustrated with the lack of communication on the part of Asobo/Microsoft.

It is indeed pretty annoying there are no crash reports readily available when the sim CTDs.

I doubt they read this forum anymore. There hasn't been any shout outs in the weekly updates in like half a year.
