C208 Garmin map orientation

Recommended Posts

Good day
Question about the C208 Garmin, map orientation on defaults is set to  North Up.
I am able to change the map orientation in setup to Track Up, the problem I have is that it will not keep that setting. Every time when I start the "sim" I have to re-adjust to Track up.
Is any setting that will keep (memorize) the change?
Thank you.

As far as I know, there is no way to save the Track Up map setting in G1000 (NXi or WT).  Shame as it's all I use!

Thank you bill.
Unfortunately in real life we use our displays track up where it shows airplane position relative to the route of flight against a moving map background.
I wished it was a way to set it that way.

Fear not, this will definitely be coming to the NXi.  🙂
