Effects Folder in P3D v4.5

Recommended Posts

Hi

My Effects folder has 2 Folders inside marked Texture and Effects.

I am having some problems with textures and wondered should they be there ?

Thanks

The default folder for special effects content is \Effects and it should have only one sub folder for effects textures: \Effects\texture.

P3D also allows to have more effects folders which are declared in add-on.xml files or in the %PROGRAMDATA%\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\effects.cfg file.

I thinkt the Effects Folder inside the Effects folder is a level to deep. Some installation went wrong and burried it inside Effects. Just move it upwards, for the effects beeing used.
