unable to read data via FS2Crew WASM Modul

Featured Replies

hi,

I always get the message: unable to read aircraft and simulation data via the FS2Crew WASM Modul. he tells me to restart MSFS but it's not working. I reinstalled FS2Crew several times. After reinstalling it works but when I
shut down my Computer and start it later again the error message appears again. and now I have the same message with PBE. (still 2.1; got it from Aerosoft). I installed A32NX and PBE where it has to be (cant change it
anyway) and MSFS is on another Disk. (and I changed the Package folder from C to the other Disk where MSFS is. the fs2crew-data-proc.wasm Modul is in the Community folder on the other disk. any advise?

thanks
Klaus

Hey Klaus,

That panel sometimes, may pop up, however, you can just hit "Ignore", to bypass it, and should be working fine. However, I must admit the correct behavior is NOT to show that message. The intention of that is to detect when the WASM seems to not appear be responding. This for sure needs to be improved.

Cheers,

Manuel

Hi Klaus,

You manually made these folder path location changes?

You manually moved the Community Folder?

The warning message means that FS2Crew can't read data via our WASM module.  You can click 'ignore', but things won't won't work properly.

I suspect your issue is related to your moving the Community Folder.

after installing MSFS on first start you can change the folder where it is installing the packages. so i changed it there. till now i had no Problems. the same with PBE. after i tell the Ground Crew i am ready in a Minute he connects to the plane then it starts to move the plane very slowly and does not react to my calls anymore and the Wasm Modul error appears. no problems with PBE before installing A32NX

I know the problem!

You need to have Pushback Express Version 2.2.

You only have V2.1.

Aerosoft will be getting PBE V2.2 on Monday.

If you absolutely can't wait, send me a ticket with your Aerosoft receipt.

I have Fs2crew for FBW A320NX. It all worked well in the beginning but now I do have the same issue with this message. I reinstalled and it worked first, but now the error appears again. I didn't move any folders. Can you please help me?

Try doing a clean install of the latest DEV version of the FBW A32NX?

And check the WASM thread.

Cheers,
