I am using Little Navmap to create a short hop from PHTO to PHNL. I have checked flightaware to see what the real world route is and it's

Since Little Navmap doesn't accept airways, how would I enter this route into the flight plan manually so that it matches the route?

Many thanks Alex, but how did you come up with ITO? Is this what the real world pilot would program into his FMC/MCDU? Cause this is a real world route that I pulled from flightaware.

I took the first navaid on airway V22 close to PHTO. You can also use another waypoint at the end of a SID which is a part of V22.

You cannot start the description string with an airway name after the airport. You always need an entry and exit navaid for airways. An airport will not suffice since these are not a part of airways. So PHTO V22 OKALA V16 LNY PHNL won't work. Neither would PHTO ILO V22 OKALA V16 PHNL.

No idea why this is missing in the flight aware string. Maybe they stripped off a SID.

I was questioning that myself. Do you know which SID that particular flight might've used? All I know is that flight departed from runway 08. I thought since there was no SID in the route that the pilot didn't use one. This is image I got the route from.

PARIS4 or PPKEO1. Next waypoint west after any of the the SIDs would be OKALA but this is already noted as the end of V22. Strange. And you never know what ATC told them to fly.
