Piper PA-28-181

Featured Replies

I am looking for a payware Piper Archer PA-28-181 that has a G1000 installed.

Any ideas?

Are there any Free G1000 training simulation software like Garmin provides for the other GPS units??

Thanks..

Not yet but I'd guess Just Flight will make one in MSFS.  They already have one in P3D.

I guess you mean the one for XP11. Might be great in MSFS.

I may be able to go back to FSX SE for this training if I can find the G1000 to install in the panel.

Any  ideas?

Not possible, but why not use the versatile and easier-to-use (due to it‘s touch panel) GTN750?

What is your goal?  Are you just trying to learn the G1000 and or NXi?  If so you could probably download the garmin trainer.  Otherwise why not try the MSFS C172 with G1000 nxi?  :Or, if you just need an Archer you could try the XP11 version.  Or wait, I'm guessing JF will bring their xp11 one here.

Actually, I am doing a real flight and want to get used to the G1000. , because the 2018 Piper Archer has no analog instruments, just a pair of G1000s. It appears to be a little heavier than the older models.

Maybe the G1000 trainer might be a better option.  The trainer is $51.  There is probably lots of YouTube videos as well..

Thanks!!

It looks like the XPlane of JF version is the best match.

Thanks!
