A crash that is location-specific and graphics subsystem related, as in this case with the G3D fault, is usually either a corrupt scenery bgl, a bad scenery config or a bad texture in an AI airplane that spawns in the area.

Start by eliminating the obvious problems like duplicate ADE/AFX/AFCAD files, and if using Orbx sceneries consider running the "sync simulator" tool in Orbx Central.

Try turning off all AI and see if you can still reproduce it.  If it recurs with AI disabled, then disable all the add-on scenery in the area and add them back in one or a few at a time until you find the culprit by process of elimination.

I'd uninstall and reinstall the Blue Canyon airport, and if it persists, go to the scenery developer with a support request.

Hello,
are you using FSUIPC?
It contains a fix for the g3d.dll error.
The free unregistered version is enough.
