Which is the option to enable pilot2atc to chose/change the STAR and arrival runway? i mean, what do i have to active to let pilot2atc to change the STAR when i am near to approach phase

Check ATC Assigns STAR.

If you want ATC to be allowed to change the runway, uncheck "Force Pilot Runway Selection".

Of course, if nothing changes en-route, you'll most likely get the planned STAR.
