FS2020 crashe every time with FS2Crew

Featured Replies

Hallo,

today i  did purchase FS2Creew add on for Fbw A320 and its crashing my game every time when is installed. I tried on with or without VATSIM (vPilot) but resault is same. Sometimes crashes after 5 minutes, sometimes after 30, there is no rules, but every time crash and give the strange error notificatios, one of them is: Exception from HRESULT: 0xC000014B.

I tried with uninstalling this addon and changing the location folder (several times) but didnt halped.

After add on was removed, FS2020 is working normaly (at least i tried short 30 min flight and was going without any problems).

Any idea?

That's a Simconnect error.  How many addons are you running that use.Simconnect?

The Dowson's have some good discussion on that error as it relates to Simconnect.

We may first start by enabling SimConnect's logging in your MSFS. Can you locate the "SimConnect.ini" file in:

C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState

Another question, what version of MSFS do you have? : MS Store, Steam,...?. This also will help to locate the "SimConnect.ini". So we can enable logging, and see the real issue, so then we can locate the other file "SimConnect.xml" to see how many maximum clients are allowed to be connected. The common cause of that issue/error is due to the fact that SimConnect Server (inside MSFS) has stopped working, so we need to find the cause of the issue, so we can find a solution.

Also, question: Do you have FSUIPC7 installed?

Cheers,

Manuel
