P3D5.2 disappearing clouds

Featured Replies

Hello, as per title, during my flights i  experience that clouds suddenly disappear to come back after some time.

The change is sudden and not pleasant.

I use EA clouds and Active Sky for weather control.

Is it a known issue or just me who experience that?

Turning off volumetric clouds sorted it for me, you can leave EA on though.

Apparently, TrueSky can only show one weather system at a time.

I know i can do that, but it is like moving back to FSX times...

Unfortunately, this happens. I don't think there is much to be done about it right now.

I think it happens more often if the sim has been on pause for a while or when increasing the sim rate, but I can't be sure.

Is that with ASCA as well?

Turn off EA totally and it's still better than, FSX...
