October 19, 20214 yr I ended a morning flight. Quit to desktop. Rebooted system. Cleared Community folder with Addons Linker. Did not start MSFS. Instead I started the standalone MS Store Windows app. Checked there for Updates. MSFS was listed as available. Clicked to update and the update process ran, automatically starting MSFS after the first update download process. Updating within MSFS continued until done. Very easy when done that way.
