November 7, 20214 yr Been testing out an Oxygen Gauge (by Luke Maddocks) for my A2A GA fleet. https://library.avsim.net/search.php?SearchTerm=Oxygen+panel&CatID=fsxgau&Go=Search Been good stuff and fun to install and test, and if you're thinking of trying it out, it's A2A only as it uses a blood oxygen level variable from A2A's... I'm going to say AccuSim ? Plus needs a registered version of FSUIPC for the gauge to work, take a look at the A2A thread, it also covers a gotcha or two. https://a2asimulations.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=124&t=53317&hilit=oxygen&start=30 My test bed for this has been the C182 and I've managed to get it up to 20,000 feet with oxygen, well past the hypoxia blackout point, although it was slow going and the winds on the way to that height were pushing the aircraft around all over the place. Looking good so far, next will be the Commanche. Just hit the 20,000 feet mark. Also taken @ the 20,00 feet mark, view the image actual size and you can check the height, flying speed and wind speed, all just above the Trim gauge. Taken much lower and on the way to the climb. November 7, 20214 yr Interesting. As an aside, I gave up drinking the MS Koolaid, at least for a while, and went back to the A2A 172. What a great aircraft. I like it so much I went out and bought a yoke, rudder pedals and a throttle quadrant. Best thing I ever did.
November 7, 20214 yr Commercial Member Looks intriguing. Beats the janky LUA script I had to install. Kyle Weber (Private Pilot, ASEL; Flight Test Engineer)Check out my repaints and downloads, all right here on AVSIM
