Does it work elsewhere? Try calibrating it. If you get the same results in calibration you could have a defective stick.

Take a look through all your axis / key assignments and bindings. The default profile can sometime assign duplicates which can cause this. Out of curiosity, what does the windows calibration tool show? Is it giving you the full range of throttle?

Yeah I recalibrated it full range there...The Z Axis was if it was inverted on the Windows 10 calibration tool...So full throttle was if it was 0 and 0 throttle was if it was at 100%, pics below.

0% Throttle.

And it is bound to axis (and not button), right?

Here's a thread I found on the official forums with similar symptoms and a potential fix (does involve resetting the controller entries in the registry):

Logitech Throttle Quadrant issues [SOLVED] - Self-Service / Peripherals - Microsoft Flight Simulator Forums

Edit: you could also try resetting the controller profile in the MSFS as well.

Yes bound to the Z axis increase/decrease throttle. Will look at the registry tomorrow.

Thank you very much for that. Will try that tomorrow. Thank you 🙂
