How do you fix the annoying overspeed warning sound? I remember there was a fix way back with older versions of FS. I couldn't find it.Please don't tell me to turn down the volume or fly slower.(G)Thanks.Abe

That's the reason there IS an "overspeed warning..." ;)However, try adjusting this in the reference speeds section of your aircraft.cfg file:max_indicated_speed=330.000000 //sets max speed for warning

Thanks Bill. I realized I have done just that earlier on. The reason it did not work was I set the new speed TOO LOW.(G) I had to jack it up 200 mph.Abe

If you fly in real world weather, If the winds change, you must slow down to stop the Overspeed warning. That's why it's there.Sloooow down.Bill M :D
