I have all of the assistance features I could find turned off but when I am flying around the radios will change randomly. I assume its the remnants of whatever AI programming there is but I can't seem to get rid of it. I've reinstalled the sim, and all of my addons. It happens independent of what aircraft I'm using and it happens offline and in VATSIM. Any ideas?

I've found even with assistance off in the options, sometimes it's enabled in flight.  Take a look at the co-pilot assistance section in the top-bar and see if the manage comms option is toggled.

Thank you for the reply. All of it is completely turned off during the entirety of the flight.

I also had this problem before. Although all asistance options were turned off, the com radios were changing inadvertently, which was very annoying and made VATSIM flights impossible. Then I found out that the frequency changes had something to do with camera views. The camera view buttons that I assigned overlapped with ATC option buttons. Because of that, pushing that button tuned the com radio to the frequency that is displayed on the corresponding ATC option in the background. Since I don't fly with MSFS ATC, I deleted all ATC option assignments and the case was solved. 

Just maybe you might be experiencing the same issue if your all assistance is turned off.

I am really hoping this is the answer, going to check it out in the sim right now. Thank you for the response.

 

Edit: I'm almost sure that was the issue, I really appreciate the help. Would've never thought of that myself.
