My independent opinion is that everytime you have trouble with a company and e-mails you post things that may or may not be true. They are ussualy quick to answer those.As long as you take the precautions to choose the add-on you buy carefully and backup the downloaded files by burning your own CD there are no problems dealing with simmarket
