November 24, 20214 yr I just bought the FS2Crew package and installed it as normal. But after running Configuration Manager I got this message: The FSLabs Airbus was not found in the default Prepar3D Add-ons folder. Please manually point to any panel.cfg file belonging t the FSLabs Airbus in the next window.\ This way FS2Crew can locate the proper path to your FSLabs Airbus. Please contact FS2Crew support if you require assistance. I tried to google it myself, but nothing worked for me.
November 24, 20214 yr Commercial Member When you installed the FS Labs aircraft, did you select the options to use custom save locations or did you let everything to the default location? Which version of FS2Crew Labs are you using? B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
November 24, 20214 yr Author I'm not sure anymore, but I think I didn't take the standard installation drive. I am using the latest version. V2.1
November 24, 20214 yr Commercial Member Can you please re-install the Labs but use the standard paths. Things can sometimes get tripped up when users make custom installers. Typically we can handle custom paths, but if users make manual changes things can get messy. Best to keep it as clean and simple as possible. B. November 24, 20214 yr Author I can try that. However, I do not have enough space on 😄 and have deliberately installed it on D :.
November 24, 20214 yr Commercial Member Please try. Maybe just delete some old stuff from D drive. If push comes to shove, we can just add the FS2Crew panel.cfg entries manually to your Level D panel.cfg. But it's always best to do things the official way. B. November 24, 20214 yr Author I installed it successfully and now everything works fine. Thank you for the quick help.

December 9, 20214 yr Hi, I don´t get it to work 😞 Already did two complete reinstalls but it didn´t helped. Installation is now via the FSL Control Center. Is that probably the reason why it doesn´t work? In the Add-On manager in P3D there nothing about FS2Crew. Is that normal? Looking foreward for help. Thanks, Holger Best Regards, Holger Mut
December 9, 20214 yr I found that all of my fs2crew has stoped working even the old NGX in P3DV4 which I have installed beside the P3Dv5. Autofeather (Arm/OFF) Button is assigned, tried already different mapings. Any idea what could be wrong? Best Regards, Holger Mut
December 9, 20214 yr Commercial Member Holger, Please send us a support ticket via the contact us page at: www.fs2crew.com If all of your FS2Crew stopped working at the same time, then something probably happened on your computer. But you'll need to tell me what exactly is not working. B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
December 9, 20214 yr Hi Bryan, thanks for your help! The issue was that I couldn´t bring up the FS2Crew main Panel via the keyboard. It was assigned to "C". Fortunately I found that I still can do it with a Joystick button. Recently I tested with custom mapping tool in order to map some keyboard keys to a custom made controller. I´m afraid something was broken there. Glad that it works at least still with buttons. Holger Best Regards, Holger Mut
