Hi all, just did a testflight using this scenery and it is a mess, taxiways and runways popp in, somehow is the grass ground bleeding through on 50% of the tarmac and runways. What could be the issue? I have nothing installed in the region and there is no default VHHH I am aware of I could potentially uninstall. Anybody having similar troubles and a solution?

Get the latest version?  I think there was a version update in SimMarket from several months ago.

I have the updated version from SimMarket and I didn't notice any problems anymore.  There were some problems in the first version though, but those problems seemed to be fixed in the updated version.

I just downloaded it last week from sm, so I guess it is the most current one, no?

EDIT: deleting content.xml solved 80% of the issues, but there is still a huge patch around cargo stands that does not load correctly:

What a bummer of an otherwise wonderful scenery...

Try deleting and then recreating your rolling cache.  See if that helps.  Sometimes, the Bing data is a bit old, so it may help to recreate your rolling cache.

If that doesn't work, report this to the developer.  WF Scenery has a Facebook page where you can contact them.

I can say that I don't recall that patch of grass over the runway or taxiway, but I was goofing off with an F-18 flying over VHHH last week.  I can't say I was paying 100% attention to the ground since I was more interested in goofing off with the F-18, but I don't recall any patch of grass over the runway at least.

Well, I do not have the rolling cache active at all. Will try on their FB page, just wondering why I seem to be the only one affected...

I can tell you that I don't have any add-ons like Bijan seasons, or any other add-ons like that, that could possibly interfere with the WF Scenery Studio VHHH add-on.  If you have other add-ons that could affect the airport at VHHH, I would remove those add-ons first and just test with WF Scenery Studio VHHH in your Community folder..

As I wrote, I do not have any addons knowingly affecting VHHH, except Bijans tree and season mods, will once try without them to check

Of course nobody cares about my post on facebook regarding this issue... how I hate devs that provide no support to their products, another one on the black list...

Try empty community folder except WF Scenery VHHH, maybe there is something else could affect VHHH

Not seeing any of this. 

Could be a bad install, But the flashing texture problem is similar to another scenery under it. Same as P3d and FSX did. I have never had a problem with WF scenery support. They always reply quickly. Because of the piracy drama they had last year they asked my for my Simmarket order # in my msg though before they helped.

They may not read posts or comments on Facebook.  Send them a private message via Facebook. When I sent them a private message on Facebook, I was able to reach them and they responded to me.  But give them a week to respond to your private message on Facebook, since Facebook is banned in China and WF Scenery is based in China so they may not login to Facebook all that often.

They may also have an e-mail address.  You'll have to search for it. Do they have an e-mail address in SimMarket when you purchased the product?  Also search for their homepage to see if they have an e-mail address.

Already wrote a message on FB. Rather stupid from a China based dev to use FB as main customer contact point, no? Well, lets see if I can get in touch with them...

I just did a quick check on the SimMarket page for VHHH for MSFS: https://secure.simmarket.com/wf-scenery-studio-hong-kong-international-airport-vhhh-msfs.phtml

The support e-mail address for WF Scenery is right there on the SimMarket page.

Perfect, wrote them a mail with above screenshot, hopefully they know a fix or workaround for this. Thanks for the heads up, M1A1 😉

Ok, test resolved that is indeed either Bijans season mod or 3D trees or Boats, Huts and more addon causing this. All three disabled via AddonLinker, issue is gone. Now I will have to pinpoint which of those three addons is the culprit. 

BTW: while WF Scenery support was super fast in responding to my mail, others still ignore my post on discord...
