November 29, 20214 yr I use PBE for a while now and am quite satisfied with it. I recently reinstalled my PC with Windows 11 and the latest FS2020 Version and, ofc, PBE. Everything works perfects except PBE. the app starts, however it constantly hangs. (see picture). November 29, 20214 yr Commercial Member hey Rene, Question, can you show up the PBE's LOG file content?, also, when this happens, don't you see any message telling you about the WASM module?, maybe that dialog is already open and you didn't see it?, try to check that before openning the settings' dialog. November 29, 20214 yr Commercial Member Yes, check if there's a hidden message box behind the panel and do look at the LOG if you can in the info center. Also, we've updated the public beta with a minor re-draw issue hopefully corrected if you're using the hotkey to open the panel. It probably wouldn't affect you, but it's always good to have the the latest. November 30, 20214 yr Author Hi Manuel and Bryan, I installed the PBE Version from your Link, Bryan. Then I started the SIM again, and only launched PBE and did nothing else, i didnt click anything, i just waited and moved the mouse arround in PBE without clicking. I also checked if there is a window open in the background, this seems not to be the case. The result: the app slightly hangs again, however, in the syslog I do now see another error message. November 30, 20214 yr Commercial Member Let's do something, because the error that you get doesn't give much details on what could be causing the problem. I'll talk to Bryan so he can send you a special version of PBE.exe, that once you run it, and if it crashes (or hangs) in theory should give more details of the issue, so then we are able to make the corrections. If I try to use my fs2crew account to login it says password invalid, if I try to reset the password it says "You are not authorised to access this portal. Kindly contact your helpdesk administrator."
