Hi I can't load approaches in game on the g1000 da62 it only allows me to load the procedures from world map before game start. When I click Proc then scroll down to APP in flight it just highlights NONE, again this being possible to load before flight start on same approach. Anyone have any ideas?

Does this happen at more than one airport? Some airports don't have instrument approaches. What happens at a major airport where you know there are instrument approaches, e.g., KDEN, KJFK, KSFO, etc.

Also, are you using the latest G1000NXi mod? I use this in the DA-62 and it seems to work well.

Hey thanks for your reply. 

I've only tried to use a few airports Southampton and London Heathrow both work fine for approaches when setting up on world map although once in game say doing the ILS at these airports first then when I go missed and try to active the GPS procedure it doesn't give me the option under APP just 'NONE'.  

I think I am fully updated so presume I have G1000NXI how could I check?

In your Content Manager, it should list the NXi as installed.

If not, you can get it for free in the Marketplace.

I don't know, but it may be that once you go missed the G1000NXi may not know what airport you want to go to "next", but I would expect it would assume the current destination. As an experiment you can try highlighting the destination airport again and then try selecting an approach.  I have changed airports after a missed approach and that works, but have not tried another approach to the same airport.

Thanks! I didn't have G1000NXI downloaded which was the problem can now pull up the approaches

Another tangential issue is with my trim I've tried both assigning trim nose up/down to my thrustmaster joystick and also tried the increase/decrease wheel on my thrustmaster throttle as well as the -100 to +100 axis but it is continually going back to neutral position after I trim up or down, does anyone know why this would happen?

Make sure the AP is not on when you try to trim. When on, the AP controls the trim, and in some planes manually adjusting trim with the AP on knocks the AP off.

Another thought: Because of a bug in SU7, if you access the Content Manager (like you did to get the G1000NXi), the sim sets all the Assistance Options back to on. One setting is AI Auto Trim, so you may want to check if that is on or off (you want it off).
