December 29, 20214 yr Flew 30-minutes from LAX to BUR via the scenic Big Bear area and then landed on the ILS 08 runway. All went well during the flight and the frame count stayed above 25 even while exploring FeelThere KLAX. As I approached KBUR (Orbx addon) the FPS dropped to 17 - 20 for a few seconds but then stabilized at 25 on touchdown and rollout. I thought I was being careless while taxiing to the GA terminal when I realized the pedals and yoke in the cockpit were not moving in response to my inputs. At that point the DA62x was stopped on a taxiway with the throttle at idle and the parking brake set and the FPS was around 5 to 7. I tried releasing the parking brake with the keyboard but it did not move in the cockpit. I tried advancing the throttle using the keyboard, but again no response in the cockpit. About 30-seconds later the parking brake released and the throttle advanced (no input from me) and the plane took off toward the GA terminal. I could do nothing to slow it because none of the inputs were working. I then found that the mouse cursor was gone and eventually determined that even the keyboard was not talking to the sim. The plane ran thru the parked aircraft, thru the fuel truck, into the terminal and just kept going with FPS at 22 but no crash damage. But - ESC did bring up Options, etc but I could not select anything because the mouse cursor was missing. ALT+4 did kill the sim and the mouse, keyboard, and controls again worked. This has happened a couple other times while flying in VR - sudden loss of controls, keyboard, mouse. Sometimes they come back to life - other times I have to kill the Sim. Steam version with only WMR & OpenXR running - (no Steam VR) Any thoughts on what is disconnecting my controls? December 29, 20214 yr Did you have any of the panels open like ATC or the VFR map? There’s a bug that stops all input from devices if you have a panel open.

Well Yes - sort of - I had Navigraph chart open on a 2nd monitor - can't see it in VR but it is there when I remove the goggles - does that count? December 29, 20214 yr If you have other background things like atc and navigraph or checklists open just click anywhere on the main primary window to gain your controls back. I don't think you need to close those secondary windows, I don't on my system. ROG MAXIMUS X HERO, Intel Core i7 8700K, 32 GB's 3200 RAM, Gigabyte RTX3080,
