Incorrect input string format

Featured Replies

Hello,

I am on Win 10 FR and when i launch RAAS PRO, i receive the message "incorrect input string format" and RAAS PRO close directly.

Any idea ?

Thanks for the help.

Same for me. I uninstalled and re-install again, but nothing. After the re-install I do not get any message and not running.

There's no need to worry. This is only a first version and Bryan will correct this problem as soon as possible. 🙂

Thank you for the report.  There's probably a character in the scenery name that tripped up RAAS.

We'll sort this asap.

We may have isolated it to Navigraph.

Do you have Navigraph installed?

Unfortunately it is not solved the problem. I un and re-installed the Navigraph by Navigraph Navdata Center. I get the same message: "incorrect input string format" I tried it at EDDM.

😞

Try it at a default airport, not a Premium/Deluxe or Marketplace airport.   They are "encrypted".

Also, try it with Navigraph "off".

Hi All

I too am having this issue. I have..

- uninstalled Navigraph

- reinstalled RAAS (a few times)

- tried different aircraft and different airports (payware and default)

Its not working for me. I am on Windows 11 as well.

You mean you see this:  "incorrect input string format"?

Make sure: Navigraph's "NAV DATA" Center is not running. You only need that running for Airac updates.

Hi I uninstalled everything Navigraph.

- Navigraph fms data manager

- Navigrpah Navdata Center

- Navigraph + Charts

- Navigraph Simlink

Still no luck. Still getting "incorrect input string format"

Can you please send me a support ticket via: www.fs2crew.com

Are you running any other software that attempts to read runway / airport data?

Cheers,
