Shouldn't see this with the REX either. This was taken at PAMR as well, with our Texture and Weather packages installed.
 

Hello to all from Italy! Same problem here.. i solved turning off the real time weather ( LOL ) .

So basically, for example, if you fly VFR in the last 5 minutes of flight, turn off real time weather if you need to looking for the runway and set a similar cloud and wing settings.

You can also play with snow cursor and add a little coverage if you fly in winter.

In my opinion this breaks A LOT the immersivity..but is the only solution I found.  :(

 

I have the same issue as the OP in Live Weather. I also really get annoyed with snow being where it shouldn't be (nit picky, I know!!). For example, flying over Vancouver/Vancouver island... its snow covered. We haven't had snow here in those areas outside of the mountaintops since January.
