I think the surest bet is a reinstall on a new fresh Win 10 install

When your internet connection is slow to very slow it is the last solution you want to consider. Mine is also capped.

You can copy OneStore to a separate location before uninstalling, saves downloading , in my case, was 180G saved 

Google this method I dont have the time to do a step by step

Seems the unistall does not uninstall everything maybe the reason why i liked the new WIN 10 partition

This is a good idea but if one or more files are corrupt when you reactivate this folder maybe the problem won't be solve

You can select the larger files only, like the customed airports and some fs_base files, leaving most files, about 20G to de downloaded anew,

which is what i did.

Essentially you interrupt the download by closing MSFS , insert your transfer of Onestore files, then restart MSFS which will get the rest
