January 26, 20224 yr If they ever got popular, Charlie, think of what the commute during rush hour in Los Angeles would like if they all decided to fly home at once. Noel The tires are worn. The shocks are shot. The steering is wobbly. But the engine still runs fine.
January 26, 20224 yr Author Administrators I have yet to see a video of this car/plane landing. I would doubt there would be much, if any, flare! Would I be guessing that it uses just regular auto gasoline or would there be 2 tanks, one for auto gas and 1 for avgas? I would have to see what the practical range is for both. May not be practical for long trips. Charlie AronAVSIM Board of Directors-ADMIN/Moderator-RegistrarJust going to run a Chromebook and not upgrade to a Windows computer. January 26, 20224 yr Some people are quite sceptical in regard to the safety of eVTOL aircraft, despite the redundancy in the design. I'm not, but this "not a car not a plane a mutation of both" gives me the quivers. Nope, I'll avoid jumping into that weird contrivance.
