January 31, 20224 yr With my current setup I get decent performance, but what would be a better upgrade - keep the cpu & mobo I have and buy a 6600xt, or upgrade to a new cpu and motherboard and keep my current GPU? P3D v5.3 with OrbX Global&Vector, Freemesh2, lots of scenery, i7 8700k @ 4.5hz, 32gb, 8gb AMD 580x Windows 10 Even with all the scenery, mesh and AlphaIndia ai traffic I get acceptable frame rates.

My computer: ABS Gladiator Gaming PC featuring an Intel 10700F CPU, EVGA CLC-240 AIO cooler (dead fans replaced with Noctua fans), Asus Tuf Gaming B460M Plus motherboard, 16GB DDR4-3000 RAM, 1 TB NVMe SSD, EVGA RTX3070 FTW3 video card, dead EVGA 750 watt power supply replaced with Antec 900 watt PSU.
