Yes. It happens to me also! When moving your mouse in VR sometimes it´s like to get stuck for a short fraction...very annoying when clicking in the cockpit.....

I've had latency issues from time to time with previous versions...always when using a wireless mouse.  For the past couple of months I've gone back a decade of so and am now using an old fashioned wired usb mouse.  Not had an issue since.
