February 10, 20224 yr Alexander Graham Bell and a Mr. Grey simultaneously invented the telephone. Bell got his patentd first and therefore is known as the inventor of the telephone. We've all heard the story of how Bell spoke into the phone and said, "Mr. Watson come here, I need you." As Mr. Watson entered the room Bell knew he had a marvelous invention. But the story doesn't end there. Just after Mr. Watson entered the room Bell's telephone buzzed and a voice came over it saying, "Your extended warrantee has expired....." and thus the first telemarketer call was answered.
