'Y' Axis on Bravo Throttle Quad Not Working

Featured Replies

I have W10 and P3D V4.5 installed.  I purchased the Alpha and Bravo last year.  At the end of the year I ran into trouble with the Bravo.  Two Boeing reversers for a twin jet on the Rz and Ry axis's (slots 3 and 4 from the left) stopped working.  They worked on one flight, and the next, failed to work.  The supplier here in New Zealand arranged for a replacement Bravo.  The new one arrived early March.  As much as I've tried, I can not get the Y axis (first on the left side) to work.  I assign this axis for spoilers for the jets, and engine one throttle for twin turbo prop aircraft.  When that axis is assigned I only have to move it 2 or 3 millimeters and it will go from off to fully on, and vise versa.  There's nothing in between.  It won't return until it's fully back in the buffer.  It seems to be working like a switch - either on or off.  I did not have this problem with the other Bravo.  I've hunted for any double assignments and have ruled that possibility out.  I do have FSUIPC, but since using both the Alpha and Bravo I have not used it.  All my assignments are now done within P3D and there's nothing in FSUIPC.

This is a brand new Bravo.  Do you have any ideas how this can be fixed?  I have submitted a ticket (#7383), but after a week have heard nothing.  I would appreciate any advice given.

I have the same problem.  Can't fly 4 engine jets.

Just to update this... I received a reply back from Honeycomb the other day regarding the ticket I submitted. I was advised to return the Bravo to the supplier for a replacement.
