Featured Replies

Hi all,

Have downloaded and all correct according to the checks within the manager but still no traffic. Attaching the log in case anyone can give me a hand. Thanks much, Steve

Are you using the TC?

The AIG Traffic Controller needs to be running as it is what injects the traffic. You can also use the default Real Time Traffic setting, but it has issues and takes some time to start populating.

Well you should be using it, because it doesn't work without it...

you mean just run TC and should install? I’ve tried that before but I’ll try it again. Thanks

AIG Manager basically downloads the liveries and models. AIG Traffic Controller injects them into the sim. Download it but start it  only AFTER YOU STARTED YOUR FLIGHT (like at the gate), or it might not work correctly. Then when it is started (will take some minutes) click on "inject traffic". A couple of seconds later you should see the aircraft you previously downloaded in the AIG manager in the sim.

I've done what you said, fired up TC wirh sim running and the inject traffic is unclickable

What exactly is the path needed on TC? To the AIG OCI files in Community?

TC loads AIG FP and Data but still no traffic

That means it is not connected to the sim. Please go and watch some tutorials or at least read their manual. The "OCI-directory" path should be something like "D:\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 - Packages\Community\aig-aitraffic-oci-beta". Also make sure that folder is really there in the community folder... if not, you need to set the path in the AIM manager. But as I said, you're better of reading the manual to be sure you did not mis a step.

That generally means that it's already trying to inject traffic. My AIGTC is running right now and the Inject Traffic button is not clickable as well.

Have you ensured that the path to your OCI Directory as well as to AIGFP is correct?

Also, you don't have to wait until the sim is fully loaded at your airport, as long as it has loaded to the initial menu to setup a flight is ok.

About ready to give up! How long does it take to complete the injection normally? Indeed shows on start up that data and fp's are loading but when opens, nothing! Map is blank also. Frustrating but indeed appreciate rhe help so far. Cheers!
