AzurPoly announces the Socata TB-30 Epsilon

After the successful release of the Fouga CM.170 Magister for MSFS, Another French bird is in development. 😍

The French Air Force was looking for a light piston aircraft to be used for pilot training. The TB-30 was built on purpose, the team will count with the support of Vertical Flight Experience, a French company that provides recreational flights in the TB 30 for the general public.

This is going to be a fun one - fast little bird when you want it, or dial back for low and slow...

TB-30] WIP ⌚
Let’s now have a look at what powers our aircraft ! ⚡️⚡️⚡️
The TB-30 has a complex electrical installation for its size. As we wanted to build a high-fidelity aircraft, we considered essential to reproduce it completely, along with its 68 circuit breakers.
You will be able to simulate any failure by playing with those knobs, which will be directly reflected on the alarms panel.
Avionics represented a big part of our job. The civilian TB-30 from Vertical Flight Experience we based our work on is well equipped, and we implemented everything needed to get an aircraft with high communication and navigation capabilities.
- A dual PFD/MFD display based on default MSFS instruments and highly customized to get closer to a G5 controller.
- A GPS implementation with possibility to integrate the GTN 650 as explained in a previous post.
- A COM 2/NAV 2 radio extending the default one provided in the simulator (which only manages COM).
- A 100% custom aviation panel with each feature implemented to manage the various audio channels.
- An ADF receiver unit.
- A digital display transponder.
All our custom systems represent around 8,000 code lines, made to be compatible on both PC and Xbox.

For those without FB...

Looks to have a custom G5 (thank goodness), and support TDS GTN 650 (and likely PMS)

Looks like a speedy fun little plane
