My pilot2atc license suddenly becomes invalid

Hi,

I have been using Pilot2ATC on my PC for almost 2 years and suddenly when i launched it today i am not able to use it where a pop up box is saying "License Activation failed". I re-entered my activation key and email and it wont activate. Do i deactivate it and reactivate it with the same activation key? Appreciate your help on this issue. Thanks.
