Hello, I can't install the ground support product, I bought the fsx on steam, can anyone help me, what is the problem, there is no add-ones in the game menu how to find it.

If it doesn't appears then that means you need to check your FSX's DLL.XML file to see if the DLL entry is there, because otherwise it wont show up on the addons menu

You need to go to:

C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX

Open the DLL.XML with any text editor (Notepad) and check this entry is there:

  <Launch.Addon>
      <Name>Ultimate Ground Crew X</Name>
      <Disabled>False</Disabled>
      <ManualLoad>False</ManualLoad>
      <Path>.\Ultimate Ground Crew X\UGCX32.dll</Path>
      <DllStartName>module_init</DllStartName>
      <DllStopName>module_deinit</DllStopName>
  </Launch.Addon>

Please check the UGCX manual  for screen shots.

Confirm you do not see an "ADDONS" menu in the top of the FSX menu while sitting in the cockpit.
