If you want to fly the plan you enter or load, you must turn off all 3 of the "ATC Assigns xxx" options and turn on the Force Pilot Runway Selection.  Otherwise, P2A will recalculate departure runways and procedures as well as arrival runways and procedures.

Do you have the ATC Assigns SID option unchecked?

Same here, since last 2 updates beta, always taxi, direct to rhe runeay no instructions. "ATC Assigns xxx" all unchecked and Force pilot runway" chequed

When you get taxi to runway xx without any instructions, that is because there is something wrong with the taxiway definition, which you can check and fix in TaxiMnt.
