May 7, 20224 yr Hi, I have searched the pinned thread above but it does not address my specific question. Like many of us here we have purchased custom third party airports. These will have high fidelity gates and taxiways. These also install/reside in the Community folder. I am trying to update P2ATC Taximaint to update the P2ATC database with these new custom airports. However, the Makerwys exe will only go to the base MSFS file and start the process. I don't believe that you can point it anywhere else but maybe there is a way within P2ATC to achieve this, thus my question: How would one get Makerwys data or P2ATC taxi/gate usage from custom airports in the community folder? Any thoughts?, thank you in advance. CPU: Core i5-6600K 4 core (3.5GHz) - overclock to 4.3 | RAM: (1066 MHz) 16GB MOBO: ASUS Z170 Pro | GeForce GTX 1070 8GB | MONITOR: 2560 X 1440 2K
May 7, 20224 yr I have many third party airports installed and I did a comparison of taxiways / gates before and after running MakeRwys and updating and it seemed to get them all? Edited May 7, 20224 yr by skypilotYTS

Thank you for your reply, but I am still confused. Maker on work with one file (the path and file name is displayed during the extraction). I am almost sure that it read the MSFS base file which contains all the airports and not any of your custom ones. Now, maybe your custom ones closely match the MSFS base ones, but in my case this is not so. Many base file gates are missing or mis-named (even the bespoke KSEA). There's no way to extract data from encrypted files. However, none of the add-on airports I've installed (admittedly, not many) areencryptrf, and the data extracted is fine. MakeRwys uses the list in the MSFS file "content.xml". MakeRwys generates a list too, showing what it processed -- see the scenerylist.txt file in its folder. The log file "runways.txt" tells you exactly what it is doing, so check that too. Pete Win10: 22H2 19045.2728 CPU: 9900KS at 5.5GHz Memory: 32Gb at 3800 MHz. As explained above in greater detail by Mr. Dowson they are read by the content.xml file. You may want to have a look in there as well as the output files.
