May 10, 20224 yr Author My stupidity. Interpreted the white light as being OK. Miss read the start guide and was not patient to hear the "chimes". Would be worth the instructions advising to wait until systems have a chance to start before trying to start the APU. That was my error.

Should you have tried it during night time you would have a better chance of finding out the culprit. During the day there's way too much light inside the cockpit for some details to get into view 🙂 But don't forget the Airbus logic for the Overhead Panel - lights off means OK ...
