737 FO side inop

Featured Replies

GA guy here - what did I do wrong hehe?  I started the GPU, APU then engines - the sound was insanely beautiful.  Everything looked great until I turned over to the FO side and the displays weren't up.  Both IRS are aligned and no lights are on the panel except the RAM DOOR FULL OPEN in blue near the bleed air stuff.

What did I miss guys?

(I zoomed way out here to show most of the OH) - literally everything except the FO PFD/MFD looks great!  (oh I might have a fuel config issue but meh lol)

Did you at any point see a message 'DUAL FMS RESTORED' in the CDU?

Perhaps you interrupted the allignment procedure when switching from GPU to APU?

Or you released the parking brake during IRS allignment?

I must have bumped something.  I repeated what I did last night, today, and everything is working great.

For anyone who is new to startup  - or needs a refresher I recommend this video.  They're in a sim but it's perfect!  Only about 10 mins.

This is the good one for the BAe 146

5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB  PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. Crystal Light VR.

And the FMC tutorial. Its a simplified FMC in the BA3 146, identical to the  Working Title FMC from the CJ4.
