i get the same. it says that it loading the profiles, then CTD. no errors, no messages. i have tried it with stream deck on and off and no change.

There must be something somewhere. If Windows decides to shut down an app, it usually at least writes an error message to the Application Event log. I suppose that this is caused by a specific StreamDeck plugin, profile or action. 

I am sorry, but I am stuck here without further information. I can only fix issues that I can reproduce - and this doesn't happen to me or any of the testers.

OK, thanks. Looks like an incompatible image format has been found when trying to read the icons of an action. Any idea what that could be?

I could catch that exception, but it would be better to know what kind of image it is

OK, I've uploaded build b10 that will catch this specific error and write the offending file name to a logfile in here: \AppData\Local\LORBY_SI\LorbyStreamDeckEditor

The thing to look out for are tiles that should have an icon but remain black instead - if this happens, please check the most recent logfile about what file causes it, and possibly let me know... Thanks!

Looks like you have an inconsitent setup/profile there, where parts are missing that are supposed to be there. Not sure what I can do about that TBH. I can try and catch this "in the blind", but that means that parts will be missing. 

Edit: or send me a message or email, possibly with a ZIP archive of your ProfilesV2 and Plugins folders.

I’m also having a CTD as soon as the program loads the profiles

 Could it be related having more than one device registered in StreamDeck ?
