Does anyone know how to clear a stuck Market Place purchase?  It has been stuck for over a month and I can't make anymore purchase.

I tried all the support channels but deadended.

I just experienced this a few weeks ago.  You have to go to Zendesk and submit a request 

I think it's the second one on the drop down menu

If you are on steam you have to check the box in the steam library to turn on steam overlay.

Logging out of your gamertag in the top right corner of the MSFS menu bar and logging back in sometimes will clear the blockage.
