I have got yesterday the Fenix, however I am bit wondering, how do you guys set the sensitivity curves for your TCA joystick in order to be used in Fenix?

A German real captain at a320 set his to -40% and said it was good to handle that way. (blackbox711)

I've set mine to -45 and am happy with that.

His was Thrustmaster Warthog and mine a tca Airbus stick. 

But reducing the sensitivity is really needed as the pitch is otherwise very aggressive

What are you using for roll? And have you reduced the Reaction Time setting? Thanks.

I've also set -40 to roll. No further changes made
