You do realize that Antonov is a Ukrainian company? And there is this "special operation" going on in their territory?

Obviously, but Jorg said in the May Q&A that the people from Antonov who could approve licensing are back at work (guessing working from somewhere outside of the Ukraine) and gave MS the final approval to sell the plane. He also said before that all they were waiting on was approval.
