Fenix EFB not charging

Featured Replies

Hi.

Just loaded the Fenix A320 in MSFS and the EFB had no power I have plugged in the charger but it doesn't want to recharge, anyone else had this issue or am I overlooking something.

PS I applied power to the A320 prior to charging the EFB.

I never unplug mine, maybe it takes awhile to charge.

So you loaded into the airplane and it did NOT have the cable attached to the EFB? Then there's something wrong with your installation; the cable is plugged in in every panel state. Also the EFB should be at 100% when loading the Fenix in a new flight.

For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

Hi Bobsk8

I don't recall ever unplugging my EFB. Just found it to be out of charge on launching. I left it charging for a good 30 mins and didn't see any progress on the charging bar.
