June 4, 20224 yr "License Activation failed: AllreadyActivatedOnAnotherMachine" I can no longer deactivate the Pilot2ATC license on the previous PC because I had a hard drive crash. I no longer have access to the program on the defective PC. I only use the program on one system! How can I reactivate my license on the new system? Please urgently for help. Thanks very much!
June 4, 20224 yr Commercial Member You can deactivate on the new machine. Then, after that succeeds, Activate it. You may need to do this if you change the configuration of your same PC also. Dave
June 14, 20223 yr I just had this for some reason on opening the program. I am using the same PC I've had since the beginning. I can't speculate why I got that message as I didn't change anything, but I was able to click in the same box "Deactivate" and then reactivate in the same box and it worked. If I uninstall and reinstall and get this message, this has worked each time. Does it not work if it is still activated on a different PC?
